Site Supervisor
OVERVIEW
This role would suit someone with strong leadership experience and proven background in HDPE welding, site supervision and managing project crews.
This job involves FIFO arrangement to various remote sites across Australia on a rostered basis

ABOUT THE JOB
- Reporting directly to the Project Manager and/or Superintendent
- Oversee and lead project crews and ensure the projects are running efficiently and safely
- Coordinate daily site activities and ensure work is completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard
- Problem-solve onsite issues as they arise and support the team in resolving challenges
- Handle daily reporting requirements to management
- Conduct daily pre-starts, workplace inspections, task observations and toolbox meetings
- Complete QA/QC documentation, MDRs, daily reports and timesheets
- Monitor and maintain plant, equipment and tools including servicing and calibration requirements
- Identify training and development needs and support the upskilling of team members
- Ensure compliance with BMR and client HSEQ requirements across all site activities
ABOUT YOU
- WHS section 26 leadership qualification
- Have a minimum of 4 years’ experience leading teams onsite
- Mining experience essential.
- Construction experience is acceptable.
- Experience with dam lining and HDPE pipe installation, repair and modification
- Available to work on FIFO basis
