Project Coordinator

OVERVIEW

This role would suit someone with site-based experience and strong computer literacy. Overall, we’re looking for someone who can provide Project Coordinator services across our business. 

This job would involve a hybrid arrangement from our Perth HQ to various sites. 

ABOUT THE JOB

  • Actively support the Operations Manager
  • Plan and coordinate projects, tasks and resources
  • Control tendering and schedule of work upon successful bids
  • Creation of 4-week look aheads for various projects
  • Review, approve and systemise QA/QC documentation frameworks
  • Ensuring manpower of projects is adequately planned and executed 
  • Ensure budgeted costs are adhered to and risk is mitigated
  • Creation of 4-week look aheads for various projects

ABOUT YOU

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in similar role.
  • Strong computer literacy, particularly in Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word) & Outlook
  • Experience on projects in excess of $1 million.
  • Experience with PDF packages 
  • Experience in mining is essential
