Project Coordinator
OVERVIEW
We’re always on the lookout for talented employees.
This role would suit someone with site-based experience and strong computer literacy. Overall, we’re looking for someone who can provide Project Coordinator services across our business.
This job would involve a hybrid arrangement from our Perth HQ to various sites.
ABOUT THE JOB
- Actively support the Operations Manager
- Plan and coordinate projects, tasks and resources
- Control tendering and schedule of work upon successful bids
- Creation of 4-week look aheads for various projects
- Review, approve and systemise QA/QC documentation frameworks
- Ensuring manpower of projects is adequately planned and executed
- Ensure budgeted costs are adhered to and risk is mitigated
- Creation of 4-week look aheads for various projects

ABOUT YOU
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in similar role.
- Strong computer literacy, particularly in Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word) & Outlook
- Experience on projects in excess of $1 million.
- Experience with PDF packages
- Experience in mining is essential
