Site Supervisor
OVERVIEW

This role would suit someone with strong experience in managing a crew of 5-10 people onsite.

ABOUT THE JOB
- Reporting directly to the Project Manager and/or Superintendent
- Ensure your crew is running efficiently and safely
- Coordinate daily site activities. Typically poly welding crews mixed with various civil works
- Problem-solve onsite issues as they arise
- Handle daily reporting requirements to management
- Maintain open communication to your PM/SI with any incidents
ABOUT YOU
- Enjoy leading from the front
- Have a minimum of 2+ years’ experience leading small teams onsite
- Ideally have mining experience. Construction experience is acceptable.
